Ayureveda, the  "sister science of yoga", is the worlds oldest recorded healing systems, dating back over 5,000 years.  The Indigenous ancestors around the planet were in-tune with earth rhythm and its' effect on the body. The intimate connection between our earthly body and planetary body is base on the believe that balance must exist.  This vital purpose for being is recognized through thoughts, feelings, actions; and our relationship to dis-ease;.  In this awareness, imbalances serve as a perfect "wake-up call" to shift in the OPPOSING direction to create wellness.  Retreating from "toxic routines" can restore harmony to body, mind and spirit.

Join us as we prepare to create balance in an a vigorous hike to cleanse skeletal and respiratory systems. Afterward we will engage in a healthy and fortifying lunch and learn about the different ways to detox the body.  Lastly, we we spend our remaining hours at the spa for relaxing Pool Yoga and other therapeutic techniques in preparation for 3, 5, or 7- Day DIY SpringClean Detox.
